My Question or Issue
My debit card expired so I tried to pay with a new one. But there's an error and the payment can't be processed. I tried with different card along this week but it still the same. Does anybody knows how can I solve it? Thanks

Something else you can check is if you card approves recurring international payments. You can contact your bank about this.
Apart from that, wait a couple of days and try updating your payment info again. If there is an issue on the server side, it is usually resolved within a day or two.

Am also having this issue. Got a new card, trying to update payment to get premium again but the page just sits on my card info when I press “get premium” ongoing for 3 days at least.

Thank you for posting on this thread.
Whenever you're going to register a new card, it's important to take some things into consideration, such as making sure that it's already enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. You can look for these settings in your bank’s mobile app.
If everything's in order, you can try to register it again from a different device and using an incognito window.

the same issue but both my old and new cards are US funds. It keeps giving me an error message.
