Errore nell’attivare Spotify premium

Errore nell’attivare Spotify premium

Hello , I’m Matteo I’m experiencing a problem during the premium activation page .Once everything was confirmed, the credit card was inserted, the classic confirmation code that you see on the bank app was sent to me, by mistake I closed that page and now every time I try to buy back the pairing I he says error, as if he was experiencing a transition in progress. I also tried with another credit card but nothing, always a mistake.  What can I do? 
Hope you can help me , I don’t want to make another account.

Una volta confermato tutto , inserita la carta di credito , mi è stato inviato il classico codice di conferma che si vede sulla app della banca , a me per errore mi si è chiusa quella pagina e ora ogni volta che provo a riacquistare l’abbinamento mi dice errore , come se gli risulta una transizione in corso . Ho provato anche con un’altra carta di credito ma niente , sempre errore . Come posso fare ?

We suggest you try again in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

 

Do you mind sending us a screenshot showing the error message you see? Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue. 
 

We'll look out for your reply. 

I tryed everything u sayed to do but still haven’t fix the problem , that’s a photo of the error.

It's a good idea to log in to your Spotify account on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.
 

It'd also be helpful to try logging in with a different Spotify account to check if it's an account-related issue. If it works with another account, you can follow the steps in this Spotify Answer next.
