My Question or Issue

 We pay a monthly set price for a family account of £14.99. We have just another payment taken from our account for £3.99 and we can’t find out why?

It sounds like you have more than one account with Premium. You can check out this guide to find any other accounts.

Hi,

Thank you for the response. I have been through the links and nothing there shows why I have been charged again.
It’s a one off charge that’s gone out, I have even checked the gift cards to see if it matched in case someone was using my account unknowingly but that’s not the case.

I have a family premium account with two members. Had it for a few years with no extra charges then this random one for £3.99

Can you find out to see if it is Spotify that charged you? Spotify doesn't offer any products for £3.99.
