My Question or Issue

 

Just switched to family plan (14.99 per month). However, up to this point my kids had - and are still - incurring individual charges on their premium plans (9.99 per month). I need to cancel those indiviudal charges since they are now under family plan. Please advise how I do this while of course keeping their playlists

Hi @brucekoken

 

You shouldn't be charged for your kids accounts after them accepting the invite to Premium Family. However, if your Premium subscription was handled by a third party, you'll need to contact them to cancel your Premium. 

You can check status of their accounts here, just make sure you're logged to the correct account. 

 

Changing plans does not affect playlists, likes and follows. You can use an existing account to join Premium Family. All its details will remain the same
