My Question or Issue

My facebook account which I used to register my premium spotify account was permanently disabled by FB community for some reason that I'm not aware of. I can no longer access my premium subscription but my bank ADA is being deducted every month. Can anyone help me what to do? I contacted the bank but they referred me to Spotify.Thank you

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

If by the time you created your Spotify account through Facebook you allowed your Facebook info to be shared with Spotify, you should be able to log in using the email address that was linked to your Facebook account. You just need to set a password using that email here.

In case that email isn't associated with your Spotify account, we recommend getting in touch with our Support Team so they can give you a hand. You can do it through any of the channels you'll find here.
