My Question or Issue

I have been trying to update my Premium for Students subscription but it's declining my new card. I have tried complaining to my bank, but they have told me to contact the merchant.

Besides, I can't also find the other payment methods other than card payments.

In order for the payment to go through, please make sure that:

  • Your card is open for foreign, online and recurring transactions.
  • You have set up a necessary 2-factor authentication.

If you've already set up those, but still experience issues, here are a few things you can try out:

  • Try subscribing through an incognito / private window in your browser.
  • Clear your browser's cookies and data, then try again.
  • Try with a different browser or a different device.
  • Try with a different payment method (if possible).
  • There could be a temporary issue, wait 48 hours and try again.
