My Question or Issue

I had a duo account but now my family set up family premium, 4 members have joined fine, but when I try join it tells me there is an error and to try again later?

My family is all under the same address and country. I have tried sending multiple links but none of them work.

Do I have to wait until my premium is expired or is there a solution??

Thanks for reaching out.


Since you're the owner of a Premium Duo plan, you'll first need to cancel your subscription, if you haven't done so yet. Once you're back on the free plan, you should be able to accept the Premium Family invite.
