Family Subscription Not working

Family Subscription Not working

My wife purchased the family subscription. We click the link to join and the page just spins and does nothing. Happening on iphone and desktop versions. There has been no email confirmations, no spam, we are getting the emails just fine, it is just not working.

The best option is to try from an incognito window or using a different browser.  If it doesn't work, we'd recommend sending new invitations to see how it goes.
