Family Upgrading

I just upgraded my account from free to premium. But now I'd like to upgrade it to Family premium. For this I have 2 questions:

1. How do I do to keep my 3 months for 1$ on the family plan?

2. What if two of the member live most of the time on a different address? Can they be part of the family upgrade?

I'd love to answer your questions.

1. When you upgrade to Premium for Family, you won't have access to the 3 months for $0.99 offer since that is only for individual Premium accounts (the one you're currently on). There is some more info on Premium trials and deals here.
2. Premium for Family will only work for members if they reside at the same address as the owner. If they reside at a different address, they won't be able to join your plan. More info on Premium for Family here.
