Family subscription log in

I just upgraded to a family account but no one in the family can join the account via the email that was sent out. How do we access to the account?

Hi @glenn10, welcome to the Spotify Community. 


Just to be clear, the Family Plan is one payment system but every member has their own individual account with an email and password. 


What sort of error message are you and your family members getting when trying to log in to their individual accounts?
