Finding Hulu with Premium

I currently have the individual premium plan, it changed from the student plan when I graduated. I currently still have hulu with my plan. Will I lose it with the price increase that's happening? Hulu isn't listed with what's included on the spotify site.

I also am having this problem. I have the student plan which includes hulu. I'm signed in on my roku tv and can use my subscription there, but I can't access it on any other device, it just wants me to sign up for a new hulu subscription.

I was able to solve this problem by clicking on the three bars at the top of the Hulu/disneyplus sign in/sign up and there was an option in that menu to sign in. I just used my already existing login info. They made it hard to find but it’s still there! You can see the bars I’m talking about in the screenshot someone else uploaded in this thread.

When I click on the three bars it tells me to get the app or sign up now. I have the app but the app says you no longer have a subscription.

Yeah, this is closer to my situation. I had Hulu from back in 23 and it’s just gone now, no account.

I too am having trouble and I followed everything suggested in all of the other community posts but still cannot get hulu for free with the student premium

My Question or Issue

For the last few weeks I have been going back and forth between spotify and hulu begging to help me with my issue. I was previously a spotify premium member because I did not know I was able to sign up for premium student. I switched in January to Premium Student. I signed up and created a hulu account with the account. At first I was using my normal email that I normally use with my spotify, but recently switched it to my student email. I then switched my hulu email to my student email. Both emails before were the same (my personal email) and both after were the same (my student email). 
Everytime I go to "Your Services" and click "start watching" it leads me to the very hulu account with the same student email. I have even used the spotify/hulu website linked in older threads and it said my accounts are already linked. I have followed every step in every thread and still could not use my hulu perk. 
Yes, I have spoken to hulu almost every 2 days in the last 3 weeks. They have told me the same thing every single time "Please contact Spotify's customer service to resolve this issue. The issue is not on our end" and have not gotten any help any further. Most of the threads are left unresolved or just repeat the same thing. 
I just want to be able to access hulu. I do not want to be sent into procedural steps that I have already done over and over and over. I have crept the depths of reddit, spotify, hulu, youtube, and even searched up how to solve this on TIKTOK of all places. 
please please help me i legit have exhausted all of my resources and there is quite literally no results besides me paying for a hulu subscription. I am on my wits end

I can't access Hulu ever since tying my account to Spotify via the Premium Student account. My Hulu credentials don't work even after password reset. My Spotify credentials don't work either. Please help!

I have the same problem, however, I am not able to sign into Hulu with my old login information.  I clicked on the “having trouble logging in?” link to get my password reset, but I no longer have access to my original email used.  So I called Hulu to have them update my email to my current email address.  Hulu was unable to do so and stated it was because Spotify prevented them from doing so.  I have now updated my Spotify account’s email, but Hulu still cannot help me update my email address on their end.  They can “see” my Hulu account and that it is active, but still claim Spotify is preventing them from changing the email address so I can login.  I’ve been a Spotify customer for YEARS now… are they really locking me out of my Hulu account?

I got kicked out of my Hulu (which I get through Spotify, grandfathered in through my old student account) and I was having the same issue as everyone in these comments where when I would try to log in, it would send me to a subscription page for a Hulu/Disney+/Max bundle. When I contacted Hulu customer service, I found out for some reason my actual Hulu account was still under an old email (my student email) and an old password (which was luckily saved in my password manager) despite my Spotify email and password being updated. Once I used those old credentials, it did log me back into my actual Hulu with all my watch history and everything. If people are still having this issue, it might be worth trying some old log-in credentials. Good luck!!

I tried logging in with another email and I had another account (gmail instead of yahoo). That other account was linked to Spotify not the one I thought. My Spotify signin is my Facebook email so I thought it’d have to be the same email for Hulu. Guess I created multiple Hulu accounts by accident.

So you had Premium linked to Hulu with your personal email for both accounts. Recently you switched to Student Premium and changed your Spotify email. Did you change the email on your Hulu account or create a new account?

I have a premium individual account but can’t login to Hulu which my account says it includes. I had this same issue and was able to resolve it. It has been a couple of months now though and I actually forget how I did it (sorry,) BUT if you never changed the type of subscription plan you have and Spotify says it’s still included then it is. All that I remember is that there was some kind of signing in and out, possibly through the Spotify or Hulu app (or Hulu webpage,) that got it working again. I’m also on an AppleTV, but don’t thiiiink I went into any of those settings. Sorry again, I hope this at least points you in the right direction!

This dude not work for me. When I clicked the link it had me make a Hulu account and then it said I didn’t have a subscription and wanted me to buy one. I reached out to Hulu support and they said something was wrong on Spotify’s end

Please update the plan info page!  Hulu access is still listed as a feature of the Premium Individual (non-student) plan.
