Gift Cards

Hi,

I was given a gift card 2 years ago for Spotify and 1 year ago.  Neither time the code worked..... A relative gave them to me as a present so it feels pretty crappy they bough them and they don't work.

Anything else I can do?  Any recoures?  I have the 2 gift cards still and tried entering the codes again and still nothing.

Have you tried redeeming your code in an incognito browser? Or on a different device? If not, please try! Sometimes your browser's cache can be hindering the successful operation.

If none of that works, check your Premium time: there's a limit of 18 months that can be accumulated on your account!

If even then nothing works, I recommend contacting customer support! They usually respond within 48 hours 🙂
