My Question or Issue

I`m so angry. I was already angry when Spotify Wrapped didn`t open on my phone, lagged and threw me away from the app. But THIS SITUATION made me not buy Premium anymore.
Why you tell me that I can get free month student subscribtion and then take my money for current month. Why you need to take my last money, is it fair to treat your users that way. Why you write about the free month in your main page. Just don`t fool your users. Thank you Spotify for making me hungry on this weekend.

We're sorry to hear that this has happened. Keep in mind that if you've paid for Premium or if you've had a trial in the past, you're not eligible for this free month offer. This could explain why the money was taken.

 

In this case, we'd suggest reaching out to our Support team here. They'll be able to take a look at your account and explain what happened in a better way.

 

If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.
