Fraud charges

I have gotten multiple fraud “recurring” charges on my bank statement. I have canceled and replaced my card already. I need someone to please give some guidance on what to do- as it is very very difficult to get ahold of a live person with Spotify. This is very important to me. Thanks.

I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here.

 

Also, it's best to go to your bank who can also take a look and see what's going on.
