My Question or Issue

  •  I got an email saying I can get Spotify premium for free for 2 months and when I came to enabling it it wants a payment plan. Is they a way to do the trail first then and add a plan to continue it? Or just cancel before I start paying if I don’t like it? Thanks for the help in advance.

Hey @bradley17,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

If you haven't had Premium before, you're eligible for the 2-month trial you attached on your screenshot. At the moment, it's not possible to take the trial without registering a payment method first as it allows Spotify to verify the validity of the transaction and the payment method. This validation may generate an authorization charge, but it'll be reverted to your card automatically as mentioned in this article

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, don't hesitate to ask.
