So I had signed up for the free three month subscription with my capitol one card and the three months passed and I didn't plan on canceling it and was just going to pay. The subscription ended today and it was charged today but now my mom wants to switch us over to the family account. Is there a way to get my money back? Or get some sort of credit to pay off part of the new account that we are going to get? Any help would be appreciated.

We'll do our best to help you out.

 

You should be able to get the Premium for Family plan on top of your current subscription using the same account. You won't be charged twice, but the remaining days of Premium you have will be prorated to the new plan. This only means that your next billing date will move forward since you'll be able to enjoy the new plan right away.

 

If mom wants to set up the Premium for Family plan with her own account as the main one, our Support team might be able to help you cancel your current subscription and refund the most recent payment.
