Hei! 

It seems to me that the code you are sending me is not working? 

Couldt you please help me? I dont understand why it need to be som hard to changing til familiy...!!!!!!

We'll do our best to help you with this.

 

To join the Premium for Family plan, try redeeming the code using a different browser or an incognito window.

 

If this isn't working, we suggest asking the plan owner to cancel the invite and sending a new one to see if it helps.

 

After trying the previous options and you're unable to join, let us know if you're getting any error messages, a screenshot of what you see on your end would really help.

I've been charged twice for my family account and a premium account how can I change that and also receive a refund

Hey @mojones31!

 

If you were charged for both subscription types, you might have two different accounts. Try following this troubleshooting to make sure if this is the case.

 

To get a refund, our Support team will need to take a look at your account on their end. You can pop a message over via Twitter or Facebook.
