Student Discount

So I already pay full price for premium but I'm now a student and I tried to enter for the student discount and it wouldn't accept the request. I am for sure enrolled in the university. How do I get the discount?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

If you just enrolled in your college or university, you'll need to wait untill classes start to get the discount. However, if this isn't the case, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to get the discount.

In case the discount verification isn't going through, try the manual verification and sending a valid document to SheerID. This process could take a few days, but you'll receive an email notification as soon as the verification is complete.
