I am on a free account and have been getting charged 10 pounds for a while, can you look into this please.

I am sorry to here you are experiencing this!

Please check you are not accidentally subscribed. Do you have access to premium features? You can check your account status by following this link and logging in.

If you are indeed a free user and you have been charged for now reason you can apply for a refund here!

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features. 

 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts.
