I need help with accessing video content

I do not have access to videos on Spotify. I've followed all of the "guides" but they just are not available to me. I am paying for a premium membership. There's no category to browse videos, podcasts only show audio options, there are no documentaries or music videos anywhere.
I went to chat with Spotify support and the agent seemed confused and wasn't even aware that Spotify had video content.
Can anyone here help me with this?
