My Question or Issue

Upgraded from free to Premium Family (3 month trail)

Did payment with iDeal and recieved payment confirmation.

Now Premium Family does not show in my account.

- Logged out on all accounts.

- Deleted cache.

- Logged in.

Result still no Premium Family available.

When I go to www.spotify.com/account/family I can only see 3 bouncing dots.

I'm sorry to hear this, and thanks for trying all the other troubleshooting steps.

One more thing we can try, could you check and see if Premium Family is still active here?

That's a negative.

 I also can't sign up for trail anymore.

I guess as I already paid for it once.

It seems a €0,01 is lost in cyberspace.

This article explains why you were charged with  €0,01. And what to expect next. 

 

You can check if you have another account on which the trial could have been activated.
