Hello there!

If you are subscribed to Spotify Unlimited, you will get adverts, it's expected behaviour. You can always subscribe to Spotify Premium so you don't have to listen to ads. You can find more info about this here:

Hope this helps clear things up!

Hello @haola!

Can you let me know if you're able to use other Spotify Premium features such as listening to a specific song or adding songs to your queue? If you can't, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.

Let me know how you get on! I'll be here to help 🙂

I am having the exaxct same issue. All premium features work but after about one hour I get a specific commercial: "mer info; Mercedez Benz" and after that has ended the player infinitely loops messages about premium.

I have Spotify Unlimited running on a Chromebox (not book, BOX with an X).

If I exit the client it will work for another hour, until the same commercials locks up the client.

I would prefer to get en amail contat with a real issue ID because this bug has been around for a while, and I was in touch through the chat a while ago, but I can't find the link to the support chat again.

Also, I would like a "paper trail".

Hello @traxxel!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. I'd recommend having a clean reinstall of the app to see if that does the trick 🙂 Also, can you let me know if this also happen on other devices?

Let me know how things go! I'm here to help.

The other features work. Only issue is the ads.

I am using the browser client. So it is not an installed app. And I even tried another PC, but get the same issue, so it has to be some kind of issue with my account.

Ok. That have to be something new. I have used it for years like that.

I cannot use the desktop version, so I will have to cancel my subscription.
