Getting charged twice a month AND my account isn't even recognizing I have Premium!!! HELP!

I see a lot of people saying they are getting charged twice - I am as well - how do I stop this.  When I got into my account it says I don't even have Premium!!!  So what is going on?  How do I stop this????

its very common that people create two accounts with two Premium services. It is not always the case, but Spotify support can help locate the charges and make sure they stop and refund any unauthorized charges:

Give them as much info as possible such as emails ands any possible usernames. If you dont know they will ask you for the first six last four digits of your card as well as the date and amount so they can check within their payment databases
