Cancel service

I cancelled my service yesterday and i received a reply that it would be effective on 15th October, but i wanted it cancelled effective today.  Please assist me in this matter.

The reason it did not cancel is because you are simply getting your moneys worth of premium. the service is cancelled and will revert to a Free service on your next debit day.. Want it terminated? ask the good folks at Spotify and they will do that for you :
