Spotify Card Not Working

Hey guys, I'm here to ask u some help, so I won a giveway that the price was 2 (21€) spotify cards, and well I was happy (ofc "free premium") but it took a long time to get them, so they only arrived yesterday, and when I tried to used them is didn't work.

I checked the code and it was right, and there's no 0 or "O" like some people say to check

So I contact the company that delivered the package , and they said that who send me the cards was (Worten) and I went there and they said I had to talk with spotify support, but the only support I found is this, (maybe I'm in the right place lol).

So I want to know if there's any possibility for me to get the cards work or not.
