Movistar cancelled

Hi guys,

2 years ago I subscribed to Movistar offer for Premium users.

Since this offer has been discontinued I decided to switch it for the Spotify Family offer.

I cancelled subscription 2 days ago but still the system doesn't allow me to start the Family plan.

Can you please help me?
