Gift Card not renewing

Hi.

I recently got spotify premium on my phone this December during the three months for $0.99 by using a gift card. Of course, today that time ran out. When I went back to renew it, I remembered i still had around $60.00 on my gift card, however i can't find a way to renew my subscription?

I've gone to both the website and app version, but in both places it says I have to renew my membership but it never gives the option of gift card, though in purchases, it says I do have a gift card left.

Would you be able to let me know:

• What Gift Card this is? Is it a Spotify one, or a Visa/Mastercard Gift Card?
• How did you first redeem this balance?
• Where did you buy the Gift Card from?

This is very similar to my situation. In December I purchased spotify premium for $0.99 however my card was worth a total of $30.00. And this was a spotify gift card, not visa or MasterCard. I was under the impression that after 3 months I would be charged 9.99 + tax from my gift card so I thought I'd have a few more rounds of Premium. This card was from any big retailer such as target or Wal-Mart (not sure because the card was received as a Xmas gift). Also, I redeemed it online off of the spotify website. Attached is a screenshot of receipt.

Gift Cards are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium for Family, student discount, or trial offers. If you're still having trouble with your subscription/payments however, I'd recommend reaching out to Support.
