My Question or Issue

While scratching to revel the pin on my gift card the letters rubbed off and I can’t see the entire code to enter it. Is there a way to fix this?

If the PIN code on your gift card is damaged, I'd suggest contacting Customer Support here, as they can assist further in helping you to redeem the gift card. I recommend preparing photos that show the front and back of the damaged gift card, as well as a photo of the receipt.

So last night I got this Spotify card and when I tried to open the card and redeem the code it would not work it looks like the beginning of the card would look something like a five I had used every combination but nothing would work.

Since you've already tried all apparent possible combinations of characters and the gift card is still not working, I'd recommend sending a message to Spotify's Customer Support team here, as they're the right team for assisting customers with problems redeeming their gift cards. Customer Support might request that you send them photos of the gift card and possibly the receipt, so it might be a good idea to have these ready before you message them.

In the meantime, you can also feel free to check out this support article with more information about redeeming Spotify gift cards and other possible issues that could occur (such as trying to apply a gift card to a plan besides Premium Individual, having a country or region setting on your Spotify account that doesn't match with the one where the gift card was purchased, trying to add more than 18 months of Premium time at once, etc.)
