My Question or Issue

While scratching to revel the pin on my gift card the letters rubbed off and I can’t see the entire code to enter it. Is there a way to fix this?

If the PIN code on your gift card is damaged, I'd suggest contacting Customer Support here, as they can assist further in helping you to redeem the gift card. I recommend preparing photos that show the front and back of the damaged gift card, as well as a photo of the receipt.
