Google home mini giveaway

I am a Canadian who activated my premium account while on vacation in Mexico. When I tried to get my free Google mini, a message came on saying that the promotion was unavailable in my country. I checked my account and it said Mexico so I changed it to Canada but now it says I don't have a premium account even though $9.99 CAD was charged to my credit card very recently. What do I need to do to get the Google mini?

We'd first recommend taking a look at this support site article.

 

If your payment has gone through successfully and isn't pending, it's possible you have created a second account with us. In this case, we'd suggest following the steps here to locate your Premium account and access it in order to register your interest for the Google Home Mini device as part of your plan.

Thanks Katrina! 

I followed the link and I had to cancel my mx premium account and open a new Canadian one. I was worried that I would lose all my saved stuff but I didn't lose anything and now I'm on the list for the Google home mini!
