HELP PAYMENT FAILED

HELP PAYMENT FAILED

I have tried to change my subscription payment to my new card and nothing i do seems to work, i keep getting a message that says payment failed.

 

my card has enough money on it and i called my bank to even make sure there was nothing that could stop it but it seems to just be u guys that have a problem. 

 

last card worked exact same kind of card help plz!!

Hey @Bluedr3amz, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try updating your payment method using a different browser or a private window? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown when you try to update your payment method (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).

doesn’t work still but the message says “Payment failed. Try again or use a different payment method. Get help”

article is very useless when it came to this situation
