[HELP] Why they charged me ??

So, i wanted to ask for help or mabe even spotify's staff, so i wanted to buy premium for students i entered my info and pressed continue than another window popped up about stdent verification all that stuff, so i wanted to know more about that, when i backed out to payment window i needed to enter info again, but i didnt copleted it and left spotify now m charged like 2 times the price of student subscription around 7euros have bewn removed feom my accont i mean thats not much but for me its still money and idk what to do :c

Any help ? Thanks

P.S and it dosent show any premium status or receipts but i still got charged 

maybe spotify can see deeper than i can 😕

Hey @ImMattK, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

The payments on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon.

 

In the meantime, you can apply again for the student discount here

The funds didnt reapeared..  am i missing something ? But thanks for helping though
