I HAD PREMIUM BUT IT EXPIRED. 

I SIGNED UP TO RENEW SUBSCRIPTION. I FILLED EVERYTHING OUT BUT I GO TO MY APP AND IT SAYS I DONT HAVE PREMIUM. 

BUT I DID SIGN UP FOR IT!!

do you see “Premium” Subscription on your Account on Spotify.com ? 

If yes, can you delete the Spotify app and download it again?

If Premium is activated, you’ll see all the features.

It seems to me that I had to make a new account. I was hoping to keep my old account but I don’t know how!?
