Had Premium but got logged out and dont have it no more

So I signed up for the student premium and I open up Spotify today to see that I was logged out and all of my saved music was gone and I didn't have premium anymore. I did get charged and I did pay but I don't know what happened. I don't know if I had a free month this whole time. Yea so this was weird don't know who can help hopefully someone can explain this.

Make sure you are not logging in through Facebook wile you registered through email instead, or visa versa.

I had this issue once as well and that was because I created an account through my email address and suddenly Spotify decided that Facebook was the way to go and everything was messed up. In case you have an empty acocount now, see if you can recovered your playlists (there is an option in your settings screen) and if this doesn't work then delete the whole account. Spotify will never delete your playlists when you go back to a free account, so my guess is that you've two accounts now.
