My Question or Issue

 So I bought Spotify Premium. It has been a while and sure, changes to the app happens. But here I bought the 3 months for 109 NOK deal and my account says I have Premium. SPLENDID! No problems.

I go to my app and I have noooo options to download my playlists or play songs in order. So I think "Well, if I buy Premium through the app then and do the refund thing through google, maybe that helps?"

But that was not an option... so clearly the app recognizes the fact that I have bought Premium, so I need a **bleep** good reason as to not simply just get a reimbursement right now because this is total horse manure.

Also the e-mail contact form thingy spotify has is a no go, I simply got "spotify.account.com tried redirecting you too many times".

Other than that, if this does not solve itself by tomorrow I am gonna ask for my money back... I have re-installed the app, logged out and back in, turned phone off and back on, logged in with username and password AND facebook.

The only issues I can imagine is that I had not updated to my new phone number (which I did after purchasing the premium) nor give the right phone subacription provider as mine was not an option.

But saving my subscription via phone provider or phone number instead of log inn account would just be retarded...

In this case, we suggest you follow all of the steps listed in this article. If you still have trouble seeing your Premium features, the pending charge point most likely applies to you.

If that's the case, make sure your card meets the requirements listed here and try signing up again.
