Having problem with my premium subscription

Having problem with my premium subscription

Hello everyone,

 

Since yersterday I'm having problem with my subscription, I was using premium and then I was downgrade to free with no reason. I had tried with 4 diferent cards and I already check with the bank and there is no problem with them. All I get is this message: 

  • Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

Please help me to solve this ASAP.

Hey @Nelly11!

 

No worries! We'd suggest trying in a different browser, different device or a private/incognito window. You can also clean cookies/cache from your browser and see if it makes any difference.

 

Does your payment card meet these requirements: https://support.spotify.com/article/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card/? If so, we’d recommend reaching out to your bank for more info.
