Help premium not working ps4

I bought Spotify on my ps4 yesterday and there are two problems. First one is that it doesn't work on my phone. As in it still says I have a free account. Another issue is that I bought it when the deal that said 9.99 for 3 months and it only gave me a month. I really need help with this

I tried logging out and deleting the app on my phone and it still said free account.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
