Help

I payed for My three months premium, but My account is still on FREE. What do I do?

Have you checked the FAQ yet?

There is already a topic with a solution to your problem.

 

TL;DR:
- On your browser, log in to your Spotify account on www.spotify.com.
- Check your account, if it says you are on Premium, try logging out from the app on your phone and log in again. (You could try force closing and restarting the app, not sure if that'd work)
- If not, fill out the form you'll find in the post I linked for you.
