Hola, compre por equivocación el plan premium y ahora quiero la devolucion

Hola, compré por equivocación el plan familiar y quice cambiarme al plan individual, traté de hacer el cambio y resulta que ahora tengo dos planes, me cobraron doble, uno por el familiar y otro por el individual. ¿Cómo hago para cancelar el familiar y que me devuelvan el dinero y sólo quedarme con el individual?
