How do I request a refund for not accepted payments?

Hello

On 05/24/2023 I tried to pay for the family plan using my credit card twice and both times there was an error in the payment, for some reason Spotify did not accept my card but the amount of the two payments was deducted from my card. How do I request a refund for these amounts?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend that you take a look at your receipts here. If the charges you mentioned are from Spotify, you should see those there. 

 

If you don't see those there, it's best to reach out to your bank to find out more details about those charges. 🙂
