My Question or Issue

I rejoined Spotify today on a Premium package. I want to upgrade to platinum, but I get a message that I am not eligible? How do I fix this problem?

I'd recommend trying again using an incognito window or another browser/device, if available.

In case you're still having issues, could you make sure the country for your Spotify account is set properly? If your plan is with a partner company (ex. your phone/internet provider, etc.), you may need to cancel your current subscription first and wait for your account to revert to free. After that, you should be able to subscribe to Premium Platinum.
