How to switch my account from Premium Family to Duo

I am currently subscribed to Premium Family and would like to switch to Duo as there are only two people using the plan. The information I have found so far says that I can make this change from my Account page. When I click "Change Plan," the only options that appear are Student and Free, not Duo. How can I access Duo as an option? Thank you!
