Hulu For Students Not Loggin In

My Question or Issue

I have a student premium account that is linked to hulu/spotify but when I click on the link under "my services" both of them ask me to login. My spotify login doesn't work and I never had an account for hulu or showtime to link to so I am not sure what to use. How can I utilize these services if I can't login? Is there a different login I should use?

If you do, we'd first recommend giving it a try in an incognito or private window in your browser. If that doesn't do the trick, it would be helpful if you could share some screenshots of what you see so we can take a look - just make sure that there's no private/sensitive info displayed.
