I can’t enter card details to pay for a subscription

I can’t enter card details to pay for a subscription

I’m trying to resubscribe to a premium plan, but I when I click on the plan I want, the payment page does not include the input boxes in which I should ordinarily enter my card details and pay. It says “credit or debit cards” with the Visa and Mastercard logos, payment details, “buy now” and a disclaimer, but no “card name” “card number” “PIN” or anything of the sort. And when I click on “buy now” it’s just an unending processing thing (those three grey circles) that shows on my screen. I’ve tried on my iPhone 8 Plus and my HP computer and it’s the same thing. I’m in Nigeria.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Spotify is aware of difficulties with payments and purchases in Nigeria. As far as I know, this can also affect cards where it has previously worked.
