I deleted Facebook and lost Premium

I am writing this 'cause I didn't find any solution anywhere.

I have always used to log in with Facebook, and always paid for Premium service. I have decided to remove my Facebook account, and now I am not able to access it anymore, but when I try to log in with email and password, it only gives me a free account, and I have absolutely no idea on how to recover my Premium account. I use Spotify a lot and every day I can't use it I feel it like a loss of money (and it has already been 3 days now, I have emailed for support but only received an automated message, I really think I need help from a human person).

Please, help!
