I don't have an option to cancel my premium duo

My Question or Issue

I want to switch from a premium duo account to a premium individual account however, I don't have an option to "cancel plan". I'm the manager of the duo account.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

You should be able to cancel your subscription by following these steps:

1. Log into spotify.com/account.
2. Under Your plan, click CHANGE PLAN.
3. Scroll to Cancel Spotify and click CANCEL PREMIUM.

Your Premium stays until your next billing date, then your account switches to free.

You keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads.

If you're not seeing the option to cancel, please post a screenshot of what you're seeing while making sure that no personal info is visible 🙂
