My Question or Issue

Hello I need help

 

I always stuck in a loop for GoPay payment method, soo I choose GoPay then continue to fill my phone number but suddenly it redirect to the first page of choosing my payment method.

 

It is going in a loop, I'm starting to lose my hope

Hi there @Muhawow,

 

Thanks for reaching out. If you're facing issues making payments, consider the following:

  • If your attempts are repeatedly unsuccessful, wait at least an hour or two and then try again. Repeated failed attempts can lead to your account getting locked and the system automatically rejecting all payment attempts
  • Make sure you have sufficient funds on the payment method you're trying to use
  • Some payment methods require secondary authentication to process the payment. Make sure to look into the specifics and follow the procedure as instructed by the payment provider
  • Try in an incognito window, as well as on different devices and in different networks. If you have a VPN, deactivate it.
