I have been charged twice the same day

Device : ZTE Axon 7 and Macbook Air 

 

My Question or Issue

 

Hi guys, I come to you because I just notice that I have been charged twice on my credit card. It is 4,99EUR for both, there is just a difference in the name of the two payments: one is "Spotify P(...)" as usual but the other one is "SPOTIFY P(...)". I am the only user of my account.

Actually it does not really help... All the cases explain are not the same as mine, I use the same subscription for more than a year now and it just appears like that.

Thanks for reaching out in the Community about this.

 

If you're seeing more than one charges taken the same day, we'd recommend trying first the steps provided under "Unauthorized Payments" in the Spotify Answer @Brunelicia shared above. 

 

If that still doesn't help, it's possible that you have another account with us, that's also on Premium. In that case, we'd suggest following the steps in this Spotify Answer to locate it and cancel the second subscription.
