I have been logged out of my Premium Duo subscription.

I have been logged out of my Premium Duo subscription.

My account says I'm not part of our household DUO subscription. But when my husband sends me the link to subscribe, it tells me that I am already part of the subscription?

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one Spotify account and that's why it's happening.

 

Please check your current subscription status on your account page. If it says Free, then it's possible that you have another account that's on Duo Premium. Try logging in to it with all email address/password combinations you might have used when signing up. The account could have also been created with Facebook, Google or Apple so be sure to try out those alternatives as well.
