I need to cancel my subscription and can't log in

My son must have signed up for a free trial period, which he forgot to cancel, and he's now being charged every month.  He never uses Spotify, but can't remember the email address he used.  We've tried entering emails, we've gotten messages saying links would be sent to the emails, but nothing ever came through.  I need to get this canceled somehow, and it's insane that there's no chat feature or phone number.  If someone can't help me, then I'll have to dispute the charges with my bank card and block any future payments.
