My Question or Issue.  

I have a login into Spotify but I didn't subscribe to it. When I bring up my account it says that there's be no activity for 2 years.....but my husband just told me that we've been paying approximately $11.00 monthly since May 28, 2023. Can't believe it. Don't have anyone to talk to and have never used Twitter before today so I'm really outside my comfort zone. Can someone at Spotify please help me? Don't know how to attach a screen print of all the charges to my credit card.

Thank you....Problem resolved. Spotify was able to confirm that my credit card number must have been stolen and it was being used to pay for someone else's account. Spotify cancelled the ongoing payment and they were kindly able to refund all the charges that were applied to my card. I received excellent customer service from Spotify. Thank you.

I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support (you can find their contact link here). They can assist further with checking where those charges are coming from.
